The structure is very close to the historic center despite not being in a restricted traffic zone, and can be easily reached on foot with a comfortable 20-minute walk or by bus just 10 minutes from the SMN central station .
For those coming by car it will be possible to park for a fee on the public road or in a nearby private car park.
The Florence Peretola “Amerigo Vespucci” airport is approximately 4.5 km from our facility.
Therefore, you can reach us:
- by taxi, which takes about 14 minutes;
- with the tramway (T2 line) which connects the airport to the SMN Central Station, getting off at the “Ponte all'Asse” stop and continuing on foot along Via Ponte all'Asse, Piazza S. Jacopino, Via Spontini, up to Via Toselli for a total of approximately 8 minutes.
The closest train station, where most trains and also the tram stop is the Santa Maria Novella Central Station.
It is located 1.5 km from the property and therefore can be reached in:
- 20 minutes on foot
Or
- in about 10 minutes via bus n° 17 – 17B – 17C which you can take in Piazza della Stazione, in front of the Tourist Information Office (“Stazione Scalette” stop), and then get off at “Toselli Bellini” stop in Via Toselli
Or
- in about 10 minutes (traffic permitting) by taxi, which can always be taken in Piazza della Stazione, in the dedicated car park as soon as you exit the station itself.
The structure is easily reachable by car, because it is located outside the Limited Traffic Zone.
For those arriving from the North direction Milan-Bologna A1, it is best to exit at Firenze Nord and follow the signs for Centro, Santa Maria Novella central station.
For those arriving from the South Naples-Rome direction (A1), it is best to exit at Firenze Scandicci and always follow the signs for the Santa Maria Novella/Stadio central station.
You can park in the streets around the structure, in the places marked with "white lines" (free parking for all) or "blue lines" (for a fee from 8am to 20, €2 per hour, free at night and on holidays), while the spaces marked with the "Yellow Stripes" are reserved for residents and therefore parking is subject to a fine.
The washing of public streets is carried out on the 1st Saturday of each month.
