The property is very close to the historic centre, although it is not in the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) and can be easily reached on foot with a pleasant 20-minute walk or by bus, just 10 minutes from the SMN central station.

Therefore, you can reach us:
- by taxi, which takes about 14 minutes;
- by tram (line T2) connecting the airport to the SMN Central Station, getting off at the ‘Belfiore’ stop and continuing on foot along Via Benedetto Marcello to Via Toselli, for a total of about 10 minutes.
The nearest railway station, where most trains and trams stop, is Santa Maria Novella Central Station.
It’s located 1.5 km from the property and can therefore be reached in:

- about 10 minutes (traffic permitting) by bus no. 17 - 17B - 17C, which you can take in Piazza della Stazione, opposite the Tourist Information Office (“Stazione Scalette” stop) and then get off at the “Toselli Bellini” stop, almost opposite the entrance door.

- about 10 minutes (traffic permitting) by taxi, which can also be taken from Piazza della Stazione, in the designated parking area just outside the station.
The property is easily accessible by car, as it is located outside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL).
For those arriving from the north, on the A1 Milan-Bologna motorway, it is best to exit at Firenze Nord and follow the signs for the city centre and Santa Maria Novella Central Station.
For those arriving from the south, on the A1 Naples-Rome motorway, it is best to exit at Firenze Scandicci and follow the signs for the Santa Maria Novella Central Station/Stadio.
You can park in the streets around the property, in the spaces marked with “blue lines” (paid parking from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., cost €2.00 per hour, free at night and on public holidays), while spaces marked with “white and yellowlines” are reserved for residents and holders of special permits and parking there is subject to a fine.
The public road is washed on the first Saturday of each month, from midnight to 6:00 a.m (parking at that time is not permitted).
